  On 6.24.2013 at 9:08 AM PST I dialed (305) 599-2600 to contact the corporate offices of Carnival Cruise Line. I spoke to a representative in the Guest Care Department named Lisa. I fully informed Lisa of the posted consumer complaint and public business profile regarding Carnival Cruise Line on Scambook. Lisa provided me with the name of the Executive Liaison, Martha and provided me with a direct email as well. I sent Martha a detailed email fully outlining Carnival's public complaints. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
